Message to the world

"Controlling your thoughts, working with your passion and being divergent will put you on the road of success." -Ravi Rela.

I've always believed that thinking outside the box and channeling our passion in the correct direction is the key to success. I place a high value on the mind since I believe it is the wellspring of all skills. This enhances the magnificence of the art.

"Everyone is sent here for a reason, and once that reason is met, everybody leaves, therefore do all of your servings to this planet before that happens."

I'm grateful to God for bestowing upon me the capacity to own and manage various works to the best of my abilities. I really believe that God has put everyone on this earth to fulfill our own missions. The ideal mind always gives us two ideas: one is bad and the other is thoughtful. It is each person's obligation to choose their own route with care.

My Journey

“Every difficult phase in life will teach you a lesson.”

I was born on June 9, 1973, into a middle-class Joint family from Dausa, a small town in the state of Rajasthan. My father moved to Jaipur as soon as I was born and began his grain business with my Grandfather. My father has six brothers and four sisters and as the firm grew, all his brothers and sisters moved to Jaipur one by one. My early years in Ramganj area of Jaipur, was spent in a modest rented 2 bedroom apartment. In 1983, my father built a house in today's upscale colony, known as Janta colony, . I was fortunate to have two older brothers, and all three of us were intellectually gifted.

“At the end of the day all you need is Hope and Strength to hold on until it does.”

In 1988, my older brother returned to Jaipur after completing his B.E. and expressed his desire to establish his own business. My grandfather turned down his request for financial support, and life only got worse from there. This period of my life helped me to develop emotional strength. My hunger for achievement began then, and I became engrossed in the pursuit of making life better. All of my trials and tribulations aided me in successfully navigating my route. All of these lessons can't be taught in a classroom, but life does. Nothing will change until and unless you change your entity as you desire, was a strong belief in my thoughts.

“Nothing is more beautiful than the smile that has struggled through the tears”

This period has imprinted a lot on my consciousness, and I recall that I began to think differently, in comparison to others. I began reading motivational books, attempting to link my circumstances to the characters, and gaining inspiration to work harder. I integrated all of my good habits together and decided that if I could keep doing positive things in my life, I'd be able to achieve my own way.

“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going” -Jim Rohn

Following my graduation, I enrolled in and finished a jewellery course as I wanted to establish a jewellery business, but the market conditions were not favourable at the time. I always believed in the creed that if plan A does not work, then always have a plan B, So, I became a math tutor, as I was good in mathematics and my life's first income came from this vocation. Being a tutor allowed me to engage with a variety of individuals, which served as the foundation for my business. As part of my maternal uncle's daughter's wedding, I had the opportunity to travel to Agra, where I made additional ties through my Agra based brother-in-law. From then, my life entered a new period in which everything started going well, and I was able to expand my network by attending and conducting several exhibitions and slowly developing a trust factor with my clients.

“There is no substitute for hard-work” -Thomas Edison.

I was motivated by the above statement of Thomas Edison and when I perceive my business growth, I realize, it is a result of my hard effort. Life continued to test me, and in November 2003, after 19 days of fever, I was diagnosed with Pleural Tuberculosis. I was physically very weak at the time, and tablets were not helpful in improving my health; for almost 60 days, injections were my only source of medicine to improve my health. I was in a lot of pain and sometimes I felt that those were the last days of my life. But, even in that period of my life, I was inspired by my mother, who helped me restore my mental power. All of these battles made me even stronger and more rugged than I was before. Once I had fully recovered from my sickness in May 2005, I turned my attention to business and began framing business strategies one by one. I organized three exhibits each year from 2005-2019 non-stop regularly to meet new people or business acquaintances in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and/or Hyderabad, and other Indian big cities, which provided me the chance to meet new people and new minds, while dealing with a variety of people, it has helped me in expanding my thought process, all of which helped me grow as a person with great understanding about human psychology.

“Great leaders don't set out to be a leader; They set out to make a difference

In 2015, I became the president of Lions club Jaipur Hawamahal, with a personal aim of helping the community. I had by then organized my business in such a manner that I was able to successfully manage both my business and service activities. While serving as president of the Lions Club of Jaipur Hawamahal, I organized 42 events in a year that helped me better understand human psychology. That year has given me a broader vision. I had joined the Lions club in 2003 and from 2011 I initiated service activity by organizing a Mega Medical Camp at Mandir Shri Govind Dev ji with the help of our club members, where 2000 - 2500 people were treated free of cost. That turned out to be a fantastic initiative for our club. In 2016, I joined as a general member in FORTI but within a short span of time became their Handicraft Committee Chairman. When the GST negatively impacted the handicrafts business in 2017, people in this sector were severely affected. We sent out a memorandum to decrease the tax rate from 28 percent to 12 percent since the craftsmen, though highly talented, were uneducated. We were able to lessen the effect by explaining our industry's challenges to the concerned government department.

“The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph” - Thomas Paine.

My business has witnessed two big triumphs in 2020: the 'World record for Largest online motivating session on post-corona business methods' and the 'Rajasthan's Best brand award.' Thank you, God, for allowing me to co-chair MSME growth at the Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry from June 1, 2020, and for mentoring North West Region at the Export Promotion Council For Handicrafts (EPCH) from November 2020.

Family gives you the roots to stand tall and strong

I have a lovely family, with my wife Seema and my son Samridh. Seema has always been a strong supporter of mine, encouraging me to surpass my skills. My son has never let me down; all of his activities have kept my head above water thus far. When I'm feeling down, my mother has always been a tremendous source of encouragement and motivation. I'm really happy to be a part of this family, and they are my rock. I am a devout person who believes in God, but I also think that by putting up enormous effort in the correct direction, one can bring about a positive change.

YOUTH MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAMS

I'm honored to announce that our "Lions Club Hawa Mahal Jaipur" team was able to instill encouraging concepts in the minds of young youngsters. I'm grateful that I was able to conceptualize and organize the complete curriculum that assisted our cherished youngsters in becoming intellectually stronger. All of this would not have been possible without the help of my lions club members and well-wishers, whom I would like to thank right now. I have no words to express my gratitude to Mr. Adi Guru Das, who has been consistently supporting us for all of our motivational programs.

MEGA MULTI SPECIALTY MEDICAL CAMPS

"Health is Wealth"

I believe that the top priority should be to love ourselves and the people around us. we should be convinced that we are all one. The greatest approach to serve and pay our obligations to God is to assign our responsibilities to the humans among us. It also removes all of our sins and bestows blessings on us. I would like to thank God for believing in my ability to execute all these health camps wonderfully.

SERVICE ACTIVITIES

Participating in community service allows me to become more involved in communities and has a long-term, beneficial influence on society. Volunteering or community service allows me to gain life skills and knowledge while also helping those in need. It also fosters particular relationships with the people served, as well as increased social awareness and responsibility. I would like to thank Jaipur MP Ramcharan Bohra ji for taking out time from his busy schedule for guiding and motivating us to do more plantations for the welfare of the community.

FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS

A fellowship program's specific duties will aid in the development of relationship bonds stronger. It provides an excellent platform for us to integrate with our communities, resulting in improved relationships with each other. Fellowship programs also provide substantial possibilities for professional growth through healthy relationships , and leadership abilities.
